We hope the following list of FAQ's will answer many of the questions you may have concerning doing business with us.
How do I go about getting an estimate from you?
There are several ways to obtain a quote from our company. You may call 704-551-0700, e-mail
carolinasales@heritageprinting. com, fax 704.909.7802 or simply click the "Need a Quote?" tab at the top of the
page. A customer service representative will promptly respond to your request for information.
What is the best way to get my project to you?
Most of our customers send their files to us by simply clicking the "Send a File" tab at the top of the page. You
can still send us your file on a CD, DVD, ZIP, or Flash Drive with a copy of your project, or simply STOP BY and
COME SEE US!
What about privacy and security?
No information we collect for order processing or from inquiries will be shared with any other company or
website. Your information is only used to contact you when necessary.
What is the Heritage Printing Business Forum and how can I sign up for it?
Our free quarterly newsletter, the Business Forum is a short, quick-read newsletter of information and tips in
tempo with the business community today. It's easy to subscribe. Simply email us and provide us with your
name, address and phone number. Rest assured we will never share any information that you provide to us with
anyone.
What kind of material can my job be printed on?
There are many variables when it comes to materials. If you are puzzled about what material you need, we
will be glad to assist you on picking out a material that will best suit your project. You can always specify a specific
material of your choice or we can suggest a comparable house stock instead. Our house stock will afford you a
substantial savings over many comparable stocks without any reduction in quality, durability or appearance.
Why are so many people going to color printing? Isn't it expensive?
Although we continue to produce a lot of one and two color jobs, many of our customers are recognizing the
many benefits of color printing and are making the upgrade at a modest increase in price. If you are currently
purchasing non-process printed pieces you may want to ask us for a comparison quote. You may be pleasantly
surprised by what we are able to offer to you.
